I just finished Samantha’s 12 week UNBOX Your Sexuality program.
I’m so glad that I joined this program.
I had only recently come to terms with my same sex attraction and had started the process of coming out to my close family and friends.
I had seen Samantha’s IG posts relating to same sex attraction and each one spoke to me directly as they reiterated what I had been feeling, the questions that I had been asking myself and the way I felt stuck and not really know what I should do with this new information.
I decided to ‘jump in’ and join the program and I will be forever changed thanks to the path that this work has set me on.
Samantha’s work modules keep you on track to unravel and understand how/why we come out later in life.
The weekly group work encourages you to stay on track, and also provides you with the much needed support of a ‘queer community’ as you work to become comfortable as a queer/gay/lesbian/bisexual individual.
Each of the individuals that completed the program with me are stronger and braver as we look towards our new pathways.
If you are considering joining Samantha’s 12 week UNBOX Your Sexuality Program, just do it!
I am so grateful that I was able to have such an opportunity, and am a bit saddened that the program has ended for us. This just means that Sam get’s to weave her special 'rainbow dust' on another group of women who need support. Love you Sam, thanks for your work. Kindest regards Nic.

Samantha’s UNBOX Your Sexuality program is a life changer. It doesn’t matter what your age is, what your situation is (single, married, dating…), or where you are in this journey of your sexuality.
Before starting the course, I was a lost soul. I am about 99% sure my first conversation with Samantha consisted of more "I don’t know" than actual answers.
I had no idea who I even was.
I can honestly say I had never had any understanding of my sexuality (it was a taboo topic). About seven years ago I started putting more and more queer novels on my e-reader. That built into watching more and more female queer movies and simply noticing more queer couples.
All of a sudden in the past 6 months the universe decided I was not taking the hints given to me and decided to up the game. I searched for things relating to queerness, took online quizzes, or came across the Lesbian Masterdoc. Yet still, I was confused. I mean, “I can’t be queer! I have never even kissed another woman, let alone had a relationship with one.”
I came across Samantha’s IG page and things really resonated with me. I made the decision to step into this because I was truly curious about what it was all about.
When I said earlier this course is a life changer, that is an understatement. 12 weeks later, I can tell you that I figured out the 'whys' behind my confusion of my identity. I worked through them to finally feel free.
There were valid reasons for me to feel confused. And there are for you too!
Samantha and the UNBOX Your Sexuality program will help you work through them so you, too, can finally find your true authentic self. You will do worksheets and talk with other humans who are in similar mindsets as you. The work will be hard sometimes, but so worth your time and effort.
Before this group, I had no community. However, after this program, I not only found a community within the group but also was able to put myself out there in my local community. I have come from a lifetime of never quite fitting in, only to realize why I felt that way... I didn’t fit in because the puzzle piece missing was my identity, and I was trying to jam myself into the wrong puzzle.
If there is one thing I can tell you, it's "Do this course for YOU - you deserve it". You may be nervous but believe me, it was the absolute best thing I have done for myself in my entire life.

My journey to self-discovery and emotional freedom began with just one coaching session with Samantha; it was transformative. After battling anxiety and questioning my sexual identity for the past several months, I realized therapy alone was insufficient. I needed a life coach who could meet me where I am currently and equip me with emotional tools. Samantha created a safe space for vulnerability from the beginning. I openly shared my struggles, even crying at first. However, by the end of the session I felt at peace. Samantha asked insightful questions and drew from her own experiences, personalizing our session. We discovered that from a young age I was conditioned to ignore my feelings and make decisions based solely on “doing the right thing”. The conditioning of my upbringing has caused me to constantly seek control. Now this tendency manifests as anxiety around my identity.
Samantha’s coaching sparked “happiness” within me. By the end of our session, I felt ready to mediate and fully experience every emotion, for however long I needed to feel. I did just that, and it was cathartic. Afterwards, a calmness washed over me that I had not felt in months.
I know this journey will not be easy, but at least I now have the tools to feel my emotions, accept myself and embrace what comes. I’m excited to join Samantha’s 12-Week Late Bloomers Bootcamp as I am ready to lean more into self-exploratory work and to connect with a community of women on a similar path. Previously, I thought I was alone; Samantha has shown me otherwise. My journey has only just begun.”

"Before I started the small group program, I was incredibly uncomfortable talking about my sexuality and could barely even bring it up with my therapist, let alone anyone else. Once in the program with Samantha, I quickly overcame my discomfort and started to spread my wings.
Before the course was over, I had gone on my first lesbian date, told a woman I liked her for the first time, came out to friends, and then came out to my religious parents! I also gained a wonderful group of new friends through the program with whom I will continue to keep in touch."H., New York

"Working with Samantha has been such a productive investment in my emotional health. I had been trying to work through this quandary on my own, but I kept ending up paralyzed by fear and unable to move through indecision to a healthier place.
Samantha’s skill in asking just the right question at just the right time allowed me to get clarity on the best ways to progress forward. Being able to access her through asynchronous coaching between live sessions kept me feeling fully supported, like she had her hand on my back the whole time. It was an incredible relief to share with someone who truly understood (from personal experience) and such a benefit to have her coaching enhanced by her training & experience as a LMFT."

“Coming out later in life after living a disingenuous straight life for over thirty years was both terrifying and exhilarating.
Shedding the pretense of heteronormativity and embracing my authentic inner tom boi while feeling comfortable in my own body for the first time was, and continues to be life-giving.
Having Samantha there to help guide me through this process was incredible. She taught me about being true to myself and embracing myself as I am unapologetically.”

“Coming out later in life is overwhelming and can be extremely lonely.
The Late Bloomers Bootcamp is like suddenly being in a magical room with all the support and advice you need along with the hands and hearts of others going through the same thing.”CW, Maine

“The bootcamp helped me reflect and better understand myself and my journey. The invitation to be curious and empathetic is kind and supports growth and courage.
Meeting other people on similar journeys is inspiring and empowering. I highly recommend the process.”

“Feeling like I didn't fit in, like there was something off or wrong, having relationships that never felt like that soul level...it all makes sense now. I was never myself. I was always trying to play the part that everyone else wanted me to play.
There was no way that I was going to live at my highest potential or be the best person that I could be staying straight, cisgendered and people pleasing, doing all the things that society wanted me to do - I was going to be mediocre. Now I feel so much pride for who I am. I feel excited, like I finally match who I am.”

Perhaps these statements resonate…
I feel paralyzed by my deep guilt and don’t want to hurt anyone.
I am married/partnered with a man, attracted to women, and feel alone and stuck.
I am worried about what others will think and say about me.
Shame and internalized homophobia are stopping me from exploring my sexuality.
I want to free myself and feel more authentic, but I keep editing and hiding this part of me from the world.
I doubt myself because I only fully realized these feelings later in life; therefore, I minimize them and try to shut them down.
The idea of being so different from everyone else is terrifying.
I don’t want to hurt my partner/husband or my kids, and exploring my sexuality puts this at risk.
I’m afraid if I explore my sexuality, it will prevent me from being able to stay in my relationship, and I want to preserve what I have built.
It is unbearable to feel like I am ruining everyone else’s life by following my heart.
It’s selfish of me to consider my identity and possibly come out when I have children and a husband.
I am confused because I have only been attracted to one woman and still fantasize about sex with men.
I’m Samantha Fox, the Lesbian Curiosity Coach.
When I was questioning my sexuality, I also didn’t know where to turn. I have been helping women questioning their sexuality and coming out later in life since 2010.
This topic makes me so excited and energized. My heartfelt mission is to encourage and guide you as you travel on your own path while creating a supportive community.
Professional Experience
As a Sexuality Coach, I work with women worldwide who discover that they are not as straight as they thought. I have developed the Unboxing Method and watched the monumental transformation women experience as they move through the three 3-phases of unpacking, unlearning, and relearning schemas and narratives that women carry due to being born into a patriarchal society.
I am also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York. I have a private practice and work with individuals and couples struggling with sexuality, sexual issues, coming out later in life, and intimacy. I pull from various therapy models to work with my clients, which supports my belief that one size doesn’t fit all. I have been sought out by women coming out later in life who need help managing internalized homophobia, feelings of guilt and shame, and struggling to embrace and embody their authentic selves. To give women a safe space to explore, find, and live their truth and to create an embracing community for women around the globe questioning their sexuality or coming out later in life, I have built the Unobox Your Sexuality Program.

Details
This twelve week program is for women ready to lean into curiosity about their sexuality, identity and coming out later in life, and looking for others that are traveling a similar path. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all answer to this awakening and strongly encourage participants to follow their authentic paths.
We will meet weekly on a live call via Zoom as a group. You will engage in self-reflection work between our live calls with a combination of video, meditation, and reflection worksheets. You will connect to other women in the group through the Unbox Your Sexuality network group chat, building a sense of community, support, and belonging. You will have private access to 1:1 coaching with me through text and video chat.
You are ready if you:
Are curious and want to understand your sexuality on a deeper level.
Are or have been partnered or married to a man and feel attraction to women.
Have been looking for a safe collaborative community to share your thoughts, feelings, and desires about the process you are in of questioning, understanding, accepting your sexuality or coming out.
Are able to be respectful toward the struggles of others and can listen and encourage as members share their deep truths.
Are ready to take part in a community.
Are ready to take some guided risks and deep dives internally and want to find more acceptance and less self-judgement.
Are looking for tips and tools for coming out to yourself, family, and friends.
Are ready to explore any self-critical or homophobic parts of yourself.
Feel stuck as to how you could remain in your relationship or marriage and also explore relationships with women.
Want to explore your gender expression, gender roles, and gender performance.
You are not ready if you:
Are looking for a therapeutic support group and want “therapy”.
Want to find a group to convince you of anything at all about your sexuality.
Are unable to listen to others stories or concerns without judgment.
Are engaging in self-harming behaviors.
Have fixed ideas of how things should be and are not open to curiosity.
Believe there is only one right way to go through this life transition and discovery.
The Unbox Your Sexuality program will help you find new ways to interact with yourself and others, cultivate a community, and embrace a curious stance. Through this exploration, you will see the choices you didn’t know were there and feel more self-acceptance and freedom to live out the life that has now felt like a distant dream. Are you ready to find your path and connect to others traveling on theirs so your journey feels like one of belonging, not isolation?
Together, we can make this happen!
